Shipping policy

Hong Kong Delivery

We currently ship to Hong Kong addresses only through our online store checkout.

Delivery time: Up to 5-7 days, we will try our best to make your wait shorter.

Shipping cost:

· Orders under $350 HKD: shipping fee of $30 HKD applies as shown at checkout

· Orders $350 HKD and above: free shipping

Carrier: SF Express or similar service. Tracking information will be provided.

Holiday delays: If your order date falls near or during public and school holidays (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year, Easter, etc.), delivery may take longer than usual.

What we are not responsible for:

· Carrier delays

· Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

· Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Important notes for international orders:

· Delivery times vary greatly by country and cannot be guaranteed

· You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country

· We cannot mark packages as "gift" or lower declared value to bypass customs

· Once the package leaves Hong Kong, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs holds

No returns or refunds on international orders due to shipping delays, customs issues, or change of mind — unless the item arrives damaged (contact us within 7 days with photos).
